Liquid Applied Solutions in Heron House

Liquid applied waterproofing creates a seamless, cold-applied membrane that conforms perfectly to complex roof geometries. GB Roofing Ltd utilizes advanced liquid systems to waterproof difficult details, awkward penetrations, and failing roofs.

When You Need Liquid Applied Solutions

Persistent leaks around complex roof penetrations, rooflights, or plant equipment that traditional flashings cannot solve. Complex roof shapes with multiple upstands and corners where sheet membranes are impractical. Failing industrial or commercial flat roofs requiring a cost-effective seamless refurbishment overlay. Balconies or gutters showing hairline cracks and water ingress issues.

How We Do It

We clean, prime, and repair the existing roof substrate to ensure maximum adhesion for the liquid system. We embed a reinforcing polyester fleece into the first coat of liquid resin over joints, upstands, and details. We apply a topcoat of the liquid membrane uniformly across the entire roof area to form a fully bonded, seamless barrier. We inspect the cured membrane to ensure complete coverage and watertight integrity.

What to Expect

Liquid applied roofing is fast to install, typically taking 1 to 3 days depending on drying times and weather conditions.
